Hi, What do you look for in my paintings of Ireland? …the new spirit of Ireland, …her timelessness, …the muted color of her soft landscape, …or, the oh-so-fleeting magical light that pervades her?

Perhaps it is the poetic, lyrical, almost romantic, feeling of nostalgia,that you look for. All these facets of her, and much more, are in my mind as I travel the length and breadth of this island,-to capture her in paint. My studio is nestled in the hills ,underneath the Comeragh Mountains above, which overlook the Atlantic Ocean. From here, I endeavour to capture the feel of Ireland in my paintings.

By now, I guess, I have attained a certain standing in the "Art World", having exhibited at respected galleries in Dublin including the RHA. I am also an elected member of the Art Association of Ireland. What`s important to me though ...is to capture the illusive colour and light of Ireland in a loose and impressionist manner; but you are the judge of that. the products …..in response to the demand for my original watercolour paintings ,over 150 scenic landscapes are also available in a choice of attractive art prints and gifts, all designed with harmony in mind.

Quality is assured because they are printed here in my studio ,and every picture is packed by hand, and kept as faithful to the original as possible. a copy so naturally real, even the original gets nervous!
